The Notification for HKDHL1/ HKDHLS charging standards changed

Dear valued customers,
Informed by carrier, Hong Kong DHL implement a new charging method, From Sep 28th, all the goods shipped by our Hong Kong DHL channel (HKDHL1, HKDHLSP) will be chraged as follows,
One order single parcel billed the greater of either the volumetric weight or the actual weight.
One order multi-parcels total billable weight is billed according to the sum billable weight of each parcel.
The billing weight of single order less than 19KG (including 19KG), less than 0.5KG is charged at 0.5KG. Above 19.5KG, less than 0.5KG is charged at 1KG, please take note.
