The Notification for VNEXP shipping requirement adjustment

Dear customers,
Informed by carrier, the restrictions of VNEXP changes are as follows:
1. The weight limit changed to 30KG.
2. Tariff-related: declared value less than 40USD, no Vat and tariff. The declared value above 40USD, not accepted.
3. The product restriction update: Postable goods including general goods, built-in batteries, contained batteries, cosmetics, some special goods, etc.
