Notification for HKDHL/HKDHL1/DHLHKW price adjustment and delay notice

• Dear valued customer,

  Please kindly note we got the notice from DHL, below the update announcement for  your reference.

  1. HKDHL1/DHLHKW: Do not accept the shipment to UK from today; for other countries, the sales rates of over 21KG will decrease around 8%.

  2. HKDHL: For the UK shipment, the sales rates will increase around 100% to 200% for 0.5KG to 3.5kg; the sales rates will increase around 30% to 90% for 4KG to 10KG; the sales rates will increase around 10% for 10.5KG to 20.5KG.
                    For other countries, the sales rates of over 21KG will decrease around 4%.
  3. Effective date: Dec 7,2017
  4.Please pay attention that the delivery time of HKDHL/HKDHL1/DHLHKW will have aound 6 workdays of delay in this month, it means you can check the update tracking informaion on DHL website after departured SFC warehouse 5 workdays later.
