Notification of HongKong DHL (HKDHL1/DHLHKW) banning low declaration

  Hello!

  We received official notification that Hong Kong DHL (HKDHL1/DHLHKW) prohibited low declaration, especially in European and American countries, the declared value must be the agreed transaction price between the receiver and the sender, and suggested that the transaction records of both parties should be attached on the shipment to facilitate customs clearance.

  Low declaration is a serious violation. The goods may be detained if the local customs inspected and found the low declaration,which will seriously affect the delivery time.All cost and extra charges will be paid by the sender,such as penalty charges,returning fee,destruction cost,warehousing fee and so on.

  Note: US and UK minimum declared value reference: each kilogram should not be less than 5USD, each shipment should not be less than 10USD.
