Informed by carrier, JPEXP value-added services adjust as follows:
1) Delivery: 3 times free delivery
2) Destruction: RMB100/parcel (including the return fee and destruction fee for returning to the warehouse)
3) Return to China: No return service
4) Resend/Reassignment: RMB150/parcel (including return fee and secondary delivery fee)
Effective date: June 12, 2020
